Background: Guduchi, also known as an Amrita, is one of the important medicinal plants used in Ayurveda. Though Tinospora cordifolia (Wild.) Miers, considered official botanical source plant Guduchi other two species such malabarica (Lam.) Hook. f. &Thomson and crispa (L.) & Thomson are a different parts India. it looks very similar morphological characters, micrometric differentiation that T. still lacking. Aim: To differentiate through analysis. Materials methods: This study portrays both authenticate fresh stem leaf with their powdered samples standard histochemical materials, laboratory equipment. Result: deciduous woody climbers. The Habitats different. having more prominent lenticels than malabarica. Main differentiating feature present presence trichomes. Most abundant uniseriate trichomes Trichomes absent cordifolia. Conclusion: Present data may encourage researchers to use various dimensions research flourish Guduchi.
